Psychoplasticity Among Civil Protection Men


Abstract
The current study aimed to reveal the level of Psychoplasticity among civil protection men, as well as to verify the relationship between psychoplasticity and both age and experience, and at the same time to identify differences in psychoplasticity among sample members according to social status and educational level. The researchers relied on a basic sample of (80) individuals from civil protection personnel in the city of Aflou, using the psychoplasticity scale (E.H.R.) (Brein, et al., 2008) translated by (Wazi, and Hamouda, 2016). The study concluded the following results: 1 -There is a high level of psychoplasticity, with its dimensions, among civil protection men in the city of Aflou. 2 -There is no statistically significant correlation between psychoplasticity, with its dimensions, and age and professional experience, among civil protection men in the city of Aflou. 3 -There are no statistically significant differences in psychoplasticity, with its dimensions, among civil protection men in the city of Aflou, depending on both social status and educational level.
